EVERYONE must fill out the online Health History and Concussion Forms -- EVERY YEAR, before the start of the season. These forms are found on the powerschool portal, through the parent login. If you have done them already this year for other sports, they do not need to be done again.

All Freshmen and Juniors also need to have an up-to-date physical exam and a completed physical exam form or medical clearance letter from their doctor to the school nurse.

The boosters will provide all players with game jerseys for the season, and team hats to keep. Hats are also available for parents and fans to purchase! 

Players provide their own pants (white with black piping), belts (maroon, not red), socks (white with Cape color stirrups), and cleats. Helmets are available for use, and many players purchase their own (white required for Varsity).

The baseball booster fee is (different from the school's annual athletic fee). The booster fee for 2026 is consistent with previous years: $180.

The booster fee can be paid through this Givebutter link: https://givebutter.com/CapeBaseballPlayerDues. There is a required fee for credit card use, but you can adjust the Givebutter tip to 0%.

The athletic Fee for students participating in the interscholastic athletic program(s) at Cape Elizabeth High School will be $150.00 for the 2025-26 school year.
